I been living here for 7 years and been great. Everybody's been nice, helpful managers and the maintenance are great. My neighbors are great. Is very pleasant to live here I hopefully I will stay for a while.

Clean, well maintained, quiet. Friendly staff at front office. Family friendly place to live.

Very quiet environment. Schools and stores close by. School bus pick up and drop off close by. Apartment is comfortable, has what you need. Pool, playgrounds where kids can play and laundry mat. It's a very nice place to live.

So far is a nice place to live close to grocery stores, shopping, medical facility and restaurants. Accessible to major interstate highways and only 35 minutes from Orlando International and Port Canaveral

This is a very lovely Community. It is very family, friendly, quiet, and safe. Me and my kids have enjoyed being here. The office staff is so friendly. The grounds are kept at the very clean. No problems.

It's a safe and clean place to live. Apartment is comfortable and big. It has a pool for the summer to enjoy. Oh and of course the gym where you can exercise. It's really a nice place. It has a nice game room to enjoy if it rains.
